What is Precast Concrete?
| Precast concrete is concrete that is molded at a factory or workshop into construction elements such as floor slabs and large wall areas. After they are ready to be cast, these precast concrete elements are sent to the project site to be assembled into a building. So, at the project site, there are no more jobs making concrete molds, assembling reinforcing bars, measuring the concrete mix, or waiting for the concrete drying process. |
What is AAC Lightweight Concrete?
| AAC Lightweight Concrete (Autoclave Aerated Concrete) is lightweight concrete that is chemically processed to produce 70% air bubbles in the concrete substrate. AAC Lightweight Concrete consists of 2 categories; AAC without reinforcement and AAC with reinforcement. Reinforced AAC Lightweight Concrete is a component of floors, walls, beams, steps, and foundations. Density of light concrete is only 25% to 32% of weight of ordinary concrete. |
